B Informed does not store your full payment card details.

7. Cancellation by B Informed

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event where necessary.

Where an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered either:

  • a full refund; or
  • a transfer to another available event.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking. We are not responsible for travel costs, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other indirect expenses unless required by UK law.

8. Delegate Substitutions

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request to transfer your booking to another person.

Requests should be made by email before the event wherever reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to refuse substitutions where attendance requirements or licensing restrictions apply.

9. Virtual Events

Where events are delivered online, you are responsible for ensuring you have:

  • a suitable internet connection;
  • compatible hardware and software;
  • access to any required meeting platform.

Technical issues outside our control will not normally entitle participants to a refund.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in such material.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of our team before the event begins and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

12. Delegate Conduct

We aim to provide a professional, respectful and welcoming environment for everyone.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is:

  • abusive;
  • threatening;
  • discriminatory;
  • disruptive; or
  • likely to affect the enjoyment or safety of others.

No refund will normally be issued where removal results from inappropriate behaviour.
